Liberty Grease and Septic has been out to my home twice for different issues. They are professional, help answer any questions, and are wonderful to interact with. Everyone I’ve spoken with from this company have been knowledgeable and nice. All issues were resolved in a timely manner, and they made sure they system was fully functioning before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone with septic issues.

Bruce (the owner) really cares about doing a good job. We had issues with our tank lids and he actually came back on a Saturday (the next day) to finish the job. Top notch work and very professional. Highly recommended!

My septic tank needed to be pumped, I called Liberty and they set an appointment 8:00 the next morning. Bruce showed up on time with spotless equipment. The tank was pumped, flushed and sod replaced. Bruce made sure everything was unplugged and working. I highly recommend this Company and will use them again when a septic problem returns.

Blown away by my experience with Bruce from Liberty Grease and Septic. Above and beyond doesn't come close to describing him and the service he provides. Super professional, honest and fairly priced.
Our septic backed up on Presidents' Day. When every other company was giving us double the normal quote because of the holiday while having their entire staff running as a normal day, Bruce's price was the normal everyday price. Not only that but as my wife and I were working we weren't home when the pump out was done. When we got home we noticed a back bathroom clogged. After reaching out to Bruce, he constantly stayed in contact and came out the next day to help us. While most septic guys pump out and run, part of Bruces services are to do a water jet after if needed. As were were not home at the time he couldn't perform that but was more then happy to come out the next day and help us as part of the pump out charge. You can't find that kind of honesty and pride in service anymore.
